Randy Starbuck

Randy Starbuck has over three decades of economic development experience, having worked for a variety of small, medium and large cities in California and the mid-western United States as well as having served as a consultant on tax increment finance and redevelopment issues. He has extensive experience in business development and expansion, having worked with such notable global companies as Apple and USS/POSCO, as well as retail, biotech, medical and industrial recruitment. In 2014, Mr. Starbuck created A2B Consulting Group (A2B), an avenue to use his extensive experience to help communities and economic development groups “get from point A to point B” in their economic development efforts.
